About the event
This is a first of its kind from Three Treasures. We will do a deep dive into the 5 Elements of Xing Yi and the Linking Form that brings them all together. We will also practice the Yang Style Tai Chi form.

The day will be held at Ignite Studios, which is a great new location in Biggleswade. They have lovely spaces and a cafe that will be serving tea, coffee and cakes, with the option of hot meals that can be pre ordered, or you can bring your own food.
The retreat will be from 10am until 4pm and you are welcome to arrive early to get a drink and relax before we get started.…
