Alex Kozma has practiced traditional Chinese martial arts and Buddhist cultivation for over 40 years. He is a writer and teacher whose books and videos have been enjoyed by thousands of people around the world since his first book, Esoteric Warriors, was published in 1997. He has spent much of his life living and studying with some of the best teachers in Asia. His focus has been mostly on the internal arts of Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, Xing Yi Chuan and is also a dedicated Buddhist. He has an incredible wealth of knowledge and skill.
In this workshop, we are going to take a close look at the two primary forces of Tai Chi Chuan, Bing (lift and cover) and Lu (rollback). We’ll look at the postures, how the force is created and how to apply this force as well as other topics chosen by Alex.
