Free Tai Chi Class @ The Triangle Garden Summer Fete!

I taught a free taster lesson at The Triangle Garden Summer Fete in Hitchin this Sunday.

It was sunny and great fun. Thanks to Vicky for inviting me and letting me spread the word and to everyone that joined in or watched smiling as we sweated through the movements.
